RNP offers a Medication- Assisted Treatment (MAT) program for opiate- addicted persons utilizing prescribed methadone, Buprenorphine/Suboxone. Prospect House Shelter offers emergency beds to those who are homeless, as well as, community based case management and rental subsidies for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Prospect House collaborates with the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) in providing emergency and transitional housing to people living with both psychiatric and substance use disorders in the Urban Model Program. First Step Detox is a medically- monitored residential detoxification unit helping those detoxing from alcohol, opiates and/or benzodiazepines. The highly trained medical staff of RNP will ensure that all clients are assessed individually and administered medications to ensure a safe and comfortable detoxification. We offer individual counseling, group therapy, case management, referral services for continuing care, medical management and intensive services for persons living with HIV, AIDS, and those with psychiatric issues.
